Payment

All our prices are set in US dollars ($).

We accept Paypal as payment. Paypal is a secure online payment system and is very easy to use. You don’t even have to have an account – you can simply pay with a credit card as you would on any other site.

We require payment within 24 hours of purchase. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. If for some reason you cannot make payment within 24 hours, please contact us.

Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase/ delivery.

Payment cut-off is every EST Monday 8:00pm (UTC/GMT -5 hours).

We don’t accept urgent orders. Payments made on current Monday will be for deliveries the following Wednesday.

For downloadable digital products, we will email the files to you in 24 hours upon payment is received.

Should your order may need a longer handling time, we will notify you upon receive your order.

We Ship Internationally
We ship internationally. Please check with us the shipping cost before you place your order.

We use e-Express service provided by Hongkong Post
The shipping time is around 7-16 working days for most cities which are subject to situation of flight availability, customs clearance, territory coverage, etc. For destinations in extensive territory like Brazil and Russia, it may take more delivery time.

There are 4 tracking points for e-Express: (1) Acceptance at counter; (2) Handed over to the carrier / Left for destination; (3) Arrival at overseas mail processing centre; and (4) Delivered only. You will be given a tracking no. when your order is dispatched.

Your Shipping Address
Please make sure that you enter the correct shipping address. Orders will be shipped to the address listed on the purchase confirmation. Include your COMPANY NAME if you are using your office address.

Any lost package due to incorrect, incomplete or outdated address is at the buyer’s cost. We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable orders.

If in a case of lost mail, tracking will be proof of shipping.

If orders get returned due to wrong address, buyer would need to pay for shipping to get it shipped out again.

For digital items such as PDF/JPEG templates which will be available to download after payment, or will sent by email in 24 hours after payment, no physical item will be shipped. Please check our FAQ if you have problems locating your files, or please contact us for any questions.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or cancellations on downloadable templates and products. However, if you run into any issues, please contact us and we will do everything we can to make sure you are delighted with your purchase.

The color on the computer monitor may be slightly different from the actual printing color. Colors vary depending on computer screen & printer.

Cancel Order
By confirming your order, you have agreed to our Shipping & Policies. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We will prepare your shipment after payment is cleared.

Refunds / Returns
We do not issue refunds and accept returns at this moment. Please read our product details carefully before placing an order. Should you have any questions, please contact us before you place your order.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or refunds. However, if we have made an error or there is a defect upon receiving your item, please take a picture and notify us within 5 days of receiving your item. We will sort things out for you. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

We try our hardest to make our customers happy so if you are unhappy with the transaction, we would really appreciate you contacting us prior to leaving feedback. We would love to resolve it for you and would need to know about it in order to make you happy! 🙂 So please always let us know first!
