Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally. Please check with us the shipping cost if you are out of:

What shipping method our shop is using?
We use e-Express service provided by Hongkong Post.
The shipping time is around 7-16 working days for most cities which are subject to situation of flight availability, customs clearance, territory coverage, etc. For destinations in extensive territory like Brazil and Russia, it may take more delivery time.
There are 4 tracking points for e-Express: (1) Acceptance at counter; (2) Handed over to the carrier / Left for destination; (3) Arrival at overseas mail processing centre; and (4) Delivered only. You will be given a tracking no. when your order is dispatched.
Do you accept urgent order?
We don’t accept urgent order.
Except Digitial items, most of our products are made to order. Please give us some time to work out quality products. 
I am very new to leather craft, will I be able to understand your pattern??
If you have basic knowledge on the materials and tools for leather craft, and have experience on stitching leather too, you should have no problem understanding our patterns and simple step by step instruction.
You may contact me if you have any questions about the patterns or instruction. Since I have a full-time job at daytime, I may not be able to answer instantly. However I will try to reply ASAP.
What if I am not at home when the package is delivered?
We are sending the package by Hong Kong Post – Registered mail, for standard shipping. This is a mail service with records of posting and receipt and you can track a registered mail item after it is posted. The postman will deliver each registered package item door-to-door once. If the postman is unable to deliver the item on that occasion, a notification card will be left, and you can collect the mail from the designated post office with the card and your identity card. For registered mail to a PO Box, a notification card will be put into the box. You can collect the mail at the post office counter with the notification card and your identity card.
What are the design requirements for my custom design stamp?
– Image size 1000 x 1000 pixels or above.
– Text should be no less than 6pt.
– Minimum stroke width of at least 0.5pt.
– File format: .jpg / .jpeg / .png / .pdf
– Do not mirror your design, we will engrave the pattern as per the file submitted.
– Please make sure you have the right to use the image. You will be fully responsible for any copyright infringement issue of the design you use.

The black areas of your image will be engraved, i.e the parts of the wax that are raised when stamped.
Engrave depth: 0.6mm

Maximum of 3 layers. These layers will be separated into different levels of shading and engraved at different depths as shown below:

Where can I download my purchased templates?

Step 1: When your payment is completed, please go to “My account”

 

Step 2: You will then enter the “My account” page. Please click “Downloads” on the left hand side.

 

Step 3: You will be able to see the templates that you have just purchased in zip file format. Click to download the file. Please note that the download link usually valid for one month only.
