ABOUT YVONNE

Yvonne is a freelancer who is enthusing in design and always has weird ideas come up in her mind. She is a multi-skilled designer who loves webpage design, animation and graphic design. She is enthusing in handicraft as well. When she was small she made a lot of hand-stitched bags, dresses, mobile phone hanging strings and cards, etc. Whatever she thinks it is "Hand-makable", she will try to make it.

When Yvonne was at the age of 12, she made her first hand-stitched bag for her Sport Day. Although the bag was used just a day only as it was too ugly and rough stitched, she discovered her interest in making bags, no matter it is small size bag, large size bag, or even backpack! She spent lots of her pocket money buying fabrics and accessories, even though not all of her masterpieces were succeeded, it still worth in her mind. While other girls go shopping or sing karaoke with friends during their school life, Yvonne spent her leisure time making handicraft at home.

Studying Product Engineering Design & Technology Management explored her knowledge in 2D and 3D design tools and further strengthened her interest in design and drawing. Most of her classmates chose to be a personal tutor as their part time job but Yvonne chose to be a freelancer in web page design and tutor teaching 2D animation software!

Web page "Yvonne Workshop" was built when she was 18. It was not just an online portfolio showing all her masterpieces but something more. It was her wonderland. Now, this wonderland is re-built to display her new designs and to connect with her friends with common interests.
